We want you to have a great purchase experience with SOTT LLC. To help you make an informed decision, we have provided detailed product descriptions, measurements and photos. Please read all product descriptions and specifications carefully before you buy and feel free to contact us with any product-related questions if you are unsure about your selection at info@sexonthetable.co. We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed. SOTT does not accept returns or exchanges of any products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns. We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered.

 

Make sure to follow the instructions included with your toy. Many toys ship without their batteries fully installed or charged, so make sure to check the battery compartment or try charging your toy before fearing your new toy is defective. SOTT does not accept returns or exchanges of any products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. If issues persist within the first 14-days of purchase, please email inquires to info@sexonthetable.co

Defective Products: Contact us to learn about how to troubleshoot the problem.  Be sure to include your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.
